This training program is permitted by KHDA, the regulatory authority of the Government of Dubai Salon and Spa Management (32 training hours): Participants gain insights into the management of salon and spa establishments, including staff supervision, services, and customer satisfaction. In the second week, we have planned a virtual lecture enriched with interactive elements, which constitutes approximately 20% of the program's total duration.
