This training program is permitted by KHDA, the regulatory authority of the Government of Dubai International Mediation Law (25 training hours): Participants explore the legal framework for international mediation and dispute resolution, emphasizing negotiation and conflict settlement. In the second week, we have planned a virtual lecture enriched with interactive elements, which constitutes approximately 20% of the program's total duration.
